The G-Daddy's

Covering a wide variety of rock, pop, funk, soul, country and disco songs, the G-Daddy's popularity has grown exponentially over the last few years. Combining the vocal talents of singer Mike Martinez, drummer TJ Collica, and guitarist Garvin Cooper, they faithfully reproduce the music they play. Adding to the mix are local music veterans Jim LeFevre on the keys and organ, and Jeff Scafone on the bass +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Playing many great venues all over the state, the G-Daddy's are entertaining through and through, and they prove it at every show; from the Kewadin Casino to the many weddings they were honored to perform at this year…and every bar and club in between +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ 2008 saw the G-Daddy's voted one of the Top 3 cover bands in 93.1 Doug FM's “Battle of the Cover Bands”, which was judged by record industry representatives, and was entered by over 100 bands. 2008 also saw more large-scale events and city festivals, like Clarkston's “Concerts In The Park”, giving the band an opportunity to entertain the crowd of over 1000 people. Sterlingfest and the City of Oxford Celebration are other extremely noteworthy events for 2008, promising even more huge crowds!
