About HyperFit USA: We are dedicated to intense, functional fitness.
We select training that produces results that are specific, measureable and repeatable. We follow the CrossFit philosophy of functional exercises, executed at high intensity, that are constantly varied to the point of randomness. We take time to teach proper mechanics then add intensity as people develop confidence and skills to advance. We are about seeking constant improvements in skills and power output.
We prepare people to be able to adapt and overcome many movements and environments. We make people stronger, faster and more resilient than they ever thought possible. We focus on skilled movements. We focus on performance while other focus appearance. We focus on substance.
We are a little different from other gyms in that we do not let everyone join. We have an ongoing selection process. Many gyms offer discounts or deals of some sort to get you to join. We offer professional training to those who trains with us. Our biggest concern is to find people who are sufficiently motivated to work as hard as our people do. We screen/interview every personal who wants to train with us. We want to make sure people understand what intensity feels like and help them decide if it is right for them. There is not a specific level of fitness or skill set required, we look for the burning desire to improve and be healthier. We may ask you to train with a trainer before you join classes. If is better to learn the skills early, it helps people progress faster.
We want you to be able to fit into the training a quickly as possible. Knowing and understanding what you are doing will help. If someone is a whiner, negative or generally is a bad apple, we reserve the right to send you to our competitors and deny service. People who come here are motivated and fired up. The people who train with us constantly earn the right to be here. They earn the right by their personal efforts, good attitudes and consistency. Our clientele is sacred to us. The screening process allows us to protect our clients from the non specific and the noncommittal. The clients who train with us learn skills and hone abilities which teach them to move better, faster and with more weight than they ever thought they could.
Our training is hard. It gets results.
