We offer state-of-the-art surgical facilities with highly trained veterinary surgeons for those times when your companion pets require a surgical procedure. We will also assist you with referrals to ophthalmologists, neurologists, and other specialists when there is potential benefit to the patient.
Dr. Balaj is incredibly caring, very skillful and thorough in treating dogs for illness and the absolute best surgeon in Detroit.

would not take my animals anywhere else. i live in ferndale now, and we still drive all the way here to see dr. balaj, but i'd trust anyone of them with my furry baby!

Outside of being a full service veterinary hospital. I have found that all the personnel care about your four footed friend as if they were their own.
The doctors are second to none in Metro-Detroit and the techs will do anything to make your pet comfortable while being treated. I won't take my guys anywhere else!!!
Oh yes, their prices are good too.

My mom and dad take all our pets to Harper woods. They have been very good to us and our four legged family members ever since I can remember. They were especially compassionate the times I have gone with my mom when we had to euthanize one of our pets. My mom has been going there since she was a little girl wtih her mom. I"ve been going for the past 13 years since I was 12.
