East Street Pilates was born out of a love and passion for Pilates and what it can do! We built our studio to be a place to share that with clients in a non-intimidating, relaxed environment. East Street's goal is to help each and every individual client reach new levels of strength and flexibility. We are thrilled to be a part of the downtown Rochester community, and invite you to drop into the studio anytime to have a look around, get acquainted and ask any questions you may have.
